I needed seal for my f350, was pretty sure I knew the right part number, however all part’s houses I talked to were hesitant to order for me. I called Steamboat Motors and was referred to Martin Beckett. He knew exactly what I wanted, had it in stock, took payment and brought it to Craig at the end of the day, saving me a couple hours. I live in Wyoming. He definitely is an outstanding employee.

We want to thank all the employees who were involved in our situation this last weekend. The service department went above and beyond to attempt to make emergency repairs so we could continue on our trip. Great service on my 19 RAM 1500, had come in for warranty repair and oil change, found my vehicle to be cleaner than when I brought in for service , oil change completed and service work prefomred in reasonable timeframe and without issue. Would highly recommend this dealer !

While on vacation in Steamboat Springs, Colorado my Dodge truck broke done. I had it towed to the local Dodge dealership, Steamboat Motors. Ron, the service manager, and I agreed that they would only use Dodge Chrysler parts and certified mechanics. The truck was towed in 12/27/2023. I told Ron I needed to have the truck done sixteen days later on 1/11/2024 whereas I had a three day weekend off from work to make the 2,000 mile round trip to pick up the truck. Italian was agreed. You would think with $2000 down on a vehicle priced at $23,999 $575 a month payments you would get a car that ran . Or at least good service the next day after a purchase. Very very un happy with the vehicle, and the way I was treated. I do not recommend buying from Steamboat Motors .

We had such an amazing experience with everyone at Steamboat Motors, from the service team to the sales team! We had drove our truck and travel trailer up from Florida and unfortunately broke down. Steamboat Motors worked with us to help us get a new truck so that we could continue our journey! Five star services, five star sales and five star finance!! Highly recommended!! We are so appreciative of how fast and efficient they were able to get us out of there with a lower interest rate than we had in the previous truck!

I am a resident of South Routt County, and had my 2004 F-250 pickup at Steamboat Motors in July of 2018 to fix a problem of it dying after coming to a stop at high speeds--such as the stop sign at the intersection of Highway 131 and US 40. Great experience buying a new Jeep. John had all the time in the world for numerous test drives over several days. He was happy to stay late for us. We did lots of online research on prices and got a very fair price on the new vehicle as well as our trade-in. We would definitely work with John again in the future.

Our history with this dealership goes back several years . But the most recent really gives a unfavorable review on this dealership. Last year we had a 2010 Dodge 2500 diesel pickup we took it in for front end problems, after having seen it several times they could not determine what was wrong but told us it was fixed, we picked it up on a Friday night drove out of the parking lot and found that the truck was not fixed correctly. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Had my car towed in on Thursday morning right after they opened, was told the holiday weekend "might" mean they couldn't look at it until Friday or Saturday. I don't have an appointment, people like vacation, I get it. My car was in the service shop for over 2 weeks. The service department lied daily telling me that my jeep was being worked on and that I could possibly have it later that day if not early the next day. I was told this everytime I called only to find out on day # 15 that the car hadn't even been in a bay let alone had any work done to it. Worst service department ever!!! I've never had a certified dealership tell me they don't know how to fix my check engine light after they already did $500 worth of work on it. Bought a brand new truck with an extended warranty and service plan from Groove, but live in Steamboat Springs. Had transmission problems with the truck from day one. SB Motors never checked the transmission they always said there was an update available, would do that and hand it back.
